“Turista Pro Route” promotion terms
1. Organizer

2. Dates
From Thursday, October 22, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. to Sunday, October 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Colombia time), during the 24th Popayán Gastronomic Congress.
3. Who can take part
People aged 18 or older, whether Popayán residents or domestic or international visitors, who sign up at pti.ciudadblancatravel.com. One sign-up per person and email address.
4. How it works
Participants scan the QR code of a partner restaurant or hotel and answer the experience survey. After rating 3 different partners they earn the “Turista Pro” badge and a personal prize code. Each partner can be rated only once, and at least 20 minutes must pass between two ratings.
5. Prize and quantities

6. Where and when to claim
At the Ciudad Blanca Travel stand in Parque Caldas, Popayán [PENDING: exact location], from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., October 22–25, 2026, by showing the prize code on your phone. The route stays open until 11:59 p.m. on October 25, but the stand closes at 8:00 p.m. that day: codes not claimed by then are no longer valid.
7. This is not a raffle
The prize goes to everyone who completes the route while supplies last. No element of chance is involved.
8. Exclusions
The organizer may cancel entries or codes in case of fraud: multiple sign-ups by the same person, ratings without visiting the partner, use of someone else’s data or participation by minors.
9. Personal data
Data is processed under Ciudad Blanca Travel’s data processing policy (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012) for these purposes: recording participation and the route, validating and delivering the prize, and producing aggregated statistics for partners and public or allied entities, with no personal data. Marketing contact only happens with separate, express consent. Data is kept for 12 months.
Partners never receive personal data: only aggregated results and anonymous comments.
10. Popayán Turismo Inteligente Seal
After the event, Ciudad Blanca Travel will recognize the highest-rated partners with the “Sello Popayán Turismo Inteligente”, awarded by visitors. The level is based only on the average of all star ratings the partner received between October 22 and 25, 2026:
- Gold: average of 4.7 or higher, with at least 30 ratings.
- Silver: average of 4.4 or higher, with at least 20 ratings.
- Bronze: average of 4.0 or higher, with at least 10 ratings.
The seal only recognizes: partners that don’t reach a level are not published or singled out. Ratings cancelled for fraud don’t count. The seal reflects visitors’ perception during the event. It is not a quality certification or a certificate of regulatory compliance.
